There is a task that is set to run periodically to distribute the Vexira licenses to the client, and when CMS just installs a new client that task might not have run.
To distribute licenses before CMS's task automatically runs, right click on
License manager -> Reallocation. This will force the allocation of the licenses to the client computers.
Also make sure your license is listed under
License manager, and make sure '
Free licenses' isnt' down to zero. If it is, you'll probably need to purchase more licenses.
If you still have issues, delete the license out and re-add it. Then right click on the license and choose '
Reallocation'
