Restricting user access to Vexira using CMS

It is possible to restrict the user access to Vexira by using CMS.

To do this, go to Groups -> Name of the group -> Config Template -> Operational Settings -> General Settings. In the right pane, under Administration pane settings, there you could set the settings for the workstation.

To change the password, right click the Administrator password in the right pane and select Modify. From there, you may set a password for Vexira on the client station.

Note: This password is different from the Windows password.

By default, Display Tray icon and Display Tray menu are both Allowed or enabled. To restrict the user from accessing Vexira, you can set it to Denied.

You may also want to restrict the users from the modules such as Quarantine, MS Office protection, MS Outlook protection, Virus Scanner or Guard.

To do this, go to Groups -> Name of your group -> Config Template -> Professional. In the right pane, you may right click on any module and click Modify access to modify the access mode.

The available options for the access mode would be:
Hidden
Visible in Admin mode but not controllable
Visible and controllable in Admin mode
Always visible but not controllable
Always visible but controllable in Admin mode only
No restriction

You may set the restriction to any of the above options to properly manage Vexira in your Network.
