Open the Vexira Antivirus MMC Console by double-clicking on Vexira Antivirus icon on Desktop or through Start>All Programs>Vexira Antivirus (CMS/Server)>Vexira Antivirus MMC Console.
- Expand Common under Vexira Antivirus Console and click on Log.
- Right-Click on any log in the right pane and select “Save Log”
- In the Save In dialog window, select a preferred location.
- Enter a Filename for the log and click on Save to save the logfile to your preferred location.
When done saving the logfile, attach it to an email and send it to support@centralcommand.com for analysis.
