Vexira Central Management Solution (CMS) uses the user account entered during installation and setup. If there is a mapped drive to a specific server or workstation from the CMS server using another account, CMS will not install and output this error message.
Remove all mapped drives from the CMS server to the specific server or workstation to fix the issue.
